How to use it
In your classroom
- Press Add names, then type or paste your class's first names, one on each line. Give the list a name if you like.
- Press Away today and tap anyone who's absent, so they won't be picked or put in a group.
- Press Pick a name. The pet pulls one name out of the hat, and nobody comes up twice until everyone's had a turn.
- Press Undo if you picked by mistake, or Put all back to start a new round with every name in the hat.
- To make teams, switch to Make groups, choose the number of groups or the group size, then press Make groups.
Put it on the board in full screen (press F). Space picks the next name, so you can run it from the keyboard while you teach.
Tick Remember my class lists on this computer to keep your lists for next time. Don't tick it on a shared computer.
