This focused worksheet gives pupils three analogue clock faces and asks them to draw the hour and minute hands for times shown in digital and written forms. A reminder distinguishes the longer minute hand from the shorter hour hand.
Teaching notes
Model the different lengths of the hour and minute hands before pupils begin. Ask pupils to explain where each hand belongs and check that the hour hand reflects how far through the hour the time has progressed.
